DAY 1: SANTIAGO DE COMPOSTELA
Make your own way to Santiago de Compostela. Upon arrival, you will have time to lose yourself in the narrow streets of the old town, discovering unique corners and impressive monuments that have earned it the distinction of World Heritage Site. Santiago de Compostela will offer you an infinity of tourist resources that you can visit: museums, exhibitions, concerts, etc. You won’t be able to leave Santiago without taking with you something typical like the Tarta de Santiago or the Piedras de Santiago, a delight for the palate. Hotel accommodation.
DAY 2: SANTIAGO DE COMPOSTELA – NEGREIRA | 22 KM
Breakfast at the hotel. You will start your Camino in the Plaza del Obradoiro, leaving the Cathedral of Santiago de Compostela behind you and the Hostal de los Reyes Católicos on your right. You will descend to Ponte Maceira, on the river Tambre. A last effort will take you to Negreira. In this town, you will find many unique places of great scenic value, but it is worth mentioning the Pazo do Cotón and the Pazo da Albariña. Hotel accommodation. (B)
DAY 3: NEGREIRA – OLVEIROA | 31 KM
Breakfast at the hotel. You can walk the whole stage from Negreira to Olveiroa with its 31 kilometres or make use of our private transfer, that will take you from Negreira to a point of the Camino, located 10 kilometres from it, so you will walk 21 km. Gradually through fields of crops you will reach Olveiroa, a small village located in the middle of the Camino de Santiago. Hotel accommodation. (B)
DAY 4: OLVEIROA – CEE | 18 KM
Breakfast at the hotel. You will leave Olveiroa and ascend the slope of Monte do Sino, where you will find a wind farm and enjoy wonderful views of the course of the river Xallas and the incredible Castrelo – Olveiroa reservoir. Descend and cross the river Hospital over a small bridge. Shortly after, you will find the fork, very well signposted, of the Caminos a Fisterra and Muxía. Continue towards Fisterra and you will pass the Cruceiro Marco do Couto. After passing Ermita da Nosa Señora das Neves, you will be able to see for the first time the Atlantic Ocean. You will pass the Cruceiro da Armada and shortly after you will have spectacular views of the Ría de Corcubión and Cape Fisterra. A few kilometres further on you will come across the Church of Santa María de Xunqueira, already in Cee. Hotel accommodation. (B)
DAY 5: CEE – FISTERRA | 16 KM
Breakfast at the hotel. You leave Cee passing in front of the Casa do Cotón and descend until you reach the seafront promenade of Corcubión. You will pass through the Campo do Rollo Park and a little further on you will reach Vilar. You will reach Langosteira Beach. You will cross the village and ascend leaving the Church of Santa María das Areas in your path. Arrival at the End of the World, Cape Fisterra, where you can enjoy one of the best sunsets in the world over the Atlantic Ocean. Hotel accommodation. (B)
DAY 6: FISTERRA
Breakfast at the hotel. End of our services. (B)
