Mediterranean Experience | 8 Days

Day 1- Friday:                                    Marmaris – Fethiye

Upon arrival to Marmaris, you will be met by our representative before being transferred to your hotel. Spend the rest of the day at your own leisure. Overnight Fethiye. (D)

Day 2- Saturday:                              Fethiye – Kayakoy Greek Village – Oludeniz – Fethiye
After breakfast explore the quaint Greek village of Kayakoy. In the afternoon, we will drive you to Oludeniz for an opportunity to swim in the beautiful Turkish waters. Return to your hotel in Fethiye. Tonight optional sunset cruise with dinner is available. Overnight Fethiye. (B)

Day 3- Sunday:                                  Fethiye – Anatalya  

Today we will drive to Antalya. Walk in the Old Town and see the Hadrian gate and also visit Duden Waterfalls in Lara. Overnight Antalya. (B,D)

Day 4- Monday:                                Antalya – Aspendos – Konya – Cappadocia
After breakfast, early departure for Konya. En route visit Aspendos Theatre. Upon arrival to Konya visit Mevlana Mausoleum and Whirling Dervishes convent. Journey on to biblical Cappadocia. Visit ancient caravanserai on the Silk Road. Dinner and overnight in Cappadocia. Overnight Cappadocia. (B, D)

Day 5- Tuesday:                                Cappadocia
After breakfast, enjoy a full day excursion in Cappadocia including visits to Kaymakli Underground City, Open Air Museum in Goreme and natural fortress in Uchisar. An optional and fun Turkish folklore evening and dinner is available tonight. Overnight Cappadocia. (B)

Day 6- Wednesday:                        Cappadocia – Ankara – Safranbolu
Early in the morning an optional Balloon tour is available. On the way to Safranbolu, stop at Ankara and visit the Mausoleum of Ataturk and its Museum. This is the burial place of the national hero who founded modern Republic of Turkey. We continue our drive to Safranbolu, the UNESCO world heritage town that is considered to be an open-air museum. Tonight, we stay at an old ottoman mansion. Overnight Safranbolu. (B, D)

Day 7- Thursday:                              Safranbolu – Istanbul
After breakfast, visit the old town of Safranbolu where you can taste the fine sample of Turkish delights. Continue to Istanbul and enjoy an afternoon visit to the Grand Bazaar. Overnight Istanbul. (B)

Day 8- Friday:                                    Istanbul
After breakfast, transfer to Istanbul airport. End of our services. (B)
