Transfer from the new Istanbul airport to hotel.
Tour of Topkapi Palace (closed Tuesdays), the Hippodrome, Blue Mosque, St. Sophia (closed Mondays) and the Grand Bazaar (closed Sundays).
Early departure from Istanbul. Drive along the Marmara Sea to Gallipoli and visit ANZAC Cove, Lone Pine Cemetery, Johnston’s Jolly, The Nek and Chunuk Bair. Return to Istanbul late in the evening.
Transfer to Istanbul airport for a flight to Kayseri (flight included). Upon arrival, transfer to Cappadocia. Visit the Devrent Valley with the unique fairy-chimneys. In Pasabagi, see the mushoom-shaped pinnacles. In the afternoon, visit the Open Air Museum in Goreme with the remains of rock-cut churches.
Optional hot air balloon ride. Tour through the Rose Valley with visits to the churches. Visit the old Christian village of Cavusin. Stop near Pigeons Valley and continue to Kaymakli Underground City. Also visit the Orthisar natural rock castle.
Transfer to Kayseri airport for a flight to Istanbul (flight included). End of services.
