Bilbao & San Sebastian City Break | 5 Days

Day 1 – Thursday:                            BILBAO

Arrival at Bilbao airport or train station, welcome, and transportation to the hotel. The rest of the day is free, perfect to enjoy the city. Hotel accommodation.

Day 2 – Friday:                                  BILBAO – BIARRITZ – ST. JEAN DE LUZ – SAN SEBASTIAN

Breakfast at the hotel. Guided tour of Biarritz in the French Basque Country, Europe Royalty destiny to spend the summer holidays. We will enjoy the best views and spots in the city. The second stop is the coast town San Juan de Luz, where we will try a typical sweet. We will arrive in San Sebastián, where we will have a walking tour and some free time afterward (lunch not included in the tour). Finally, we will regard the views of the coast from Igueldo Hill. Day 3 – Saturday:                            SAN SEBASTIAN – BILBAO

Breakfast at the hotel. Free day in San Sebastián to enjoy the city on your own. In the afternoon, transportation from San Sebastián to the hotel in Bilbao. Hotel accommodation in Bilbao (B)

Day 4 – Sunday:                                BILBAO – VIZCAYA COAST – BILBAO

Breakfast at the hotel (B). First, we will walk along the Nervión River and discover the Bilbao industrial heritage. Once on the coast, we will stop at Bizkaia Bridge, a declared World Heritage Site, and pass by the majestic Butron Castle to the Urdabai Biosphere. We will also admire the secrets of San Juan de Gaztelugatxe, a famous Game of Thrones set, from a viewpoint. Bermeo, a charming typical fisherman’s town, will be the next stop in this tour. We will be delighted by one of their best pintxos. Finally, we will get into the emblematic Gernika, where we will visit the Assembly House and the famous Tree of Guernika. We will be back in Bilbao at 2.30 p.m. Then you will have free time to have lunch. In the afternoon, the Bilbao walking tour includes the city center, the old city, and other valued spots. Day 5 – Monday:                              BILBAO

Breakfast at the hotel. Possibly some free time, depending on the timetable. Transportation from the hotel to Bilbao airport or train station. End of services. (B)

–          Tour can be a combination of regular tours, therefore coach changes may be required. The same people may not be travelling throughout the tour.

–          Baggage Policy: 1 suitcase per person up to a maximum of 25 kilos and maximum measurement of 157cm dimension (the dimensional measurement of a suitcase is the sum of length, width and height). Only suitcases of higher measures will be accepted if they are shared between two passengers. Hand bags should be taken care of personally with you. Only one hand baggage per person is allowed. Compulsory excess baggage penalties apply. We recommend that you carry only the luggage you will need. Remember that your trip will be more enjoyable if you don’t have to continually worry about heavy and bulky baggage.
