Day 1                    ROME 

Arrival transfer from airport to hotel. Rest of the day is at leisure. Overnight in Rome.

Day 2                    ROME

After breakfast at your hotel, enjoy a leisurely day discovering the wonders of Rome at your own pace. This package includes a 24-hour pass for the “I Love Rome” City Tour Hop-on Hop-Off bus, which covers all the main sights of the Eternal City across eight convenient stops. You’ll also have the option to book additional guided tours, such as the Vatican Museum or Colosseum. At the end of the day, return to your hotel. Overnight in Rome. (B)

Day 3                    ROME – SORRENTO

If you dream of experiencing some of Italy’s most breathtaking coastal towns, join us on this unforgettable journey to Sorrento, Capri, and Pompeii. Pack your bags and wear comfortable shoes – we’ll pick you up in the morning directly from your centrally located hotel in Rome. Pick up starting at 6:30am from centrally located hotels (approximate pick-up time will be on your voucher). Departure at 07:30am. Your adventure begins with a scenic transfer from Rome to Sorrento. As we travel, marvel at the stunning landscapes of the Italian countryside and the breathtaking views along the Coast, where crystal-clear waters meet hills dotted with citrus groves and charming villages. Arriving in Sorrento, the jewel of the Amalfi Coast, you’ll be enchanted by its vibrant streets, artisanal ceramic workshops, and historic churches. After checking in at your hotel, enjoy the afternoon at your leisure. For those seeking more adventure, consider joining an optional tour to explore the spectacular Amalfi Coast. In the evening, savour a delicious dinner at the hotel (smart-casual attire recommended). Overnight in Sorrento. (B, D)

Day 4                    SORRENTO – POMPEII – SORRENTO

A day dedicated not only to discovering Sorrento but also to one of the most important archaeological sites in the world. You will participate in a half-day tour to visit Pompeii. Accompanied by our expert tour leader, we will head to Pompeii, where a professional local guide will take you on an extraordinary walking tour of this UNESCO World Heritage Site. Discover the remarkably preserved ruins of this ancient Roman city, frozen in time by the eruption of Mount Vesuvius in 79 AD. Skip-the-line access, personal earphones, and a radio receiver ensure you won’t miss a single fascinating detail as your guide brings history to life. At the end of the tour, you will return to Sorrento. The rest of the day will be at your disposal. Overnight in Sorrento. (B, D)

Day 5                    SORRENTO – CAPRI

After breakfast, embark on a boat to the island of Capri. De­pending on weather conditions, you’ll take a boat ride to the popular Blue Grotto, where sunlight passes into an underwater cavity and shines through the seawater creating a magical blue reflection. Free time in Capri. Check-in to your hotel. Overnight Capri. (B)

Day 6                    CAPRI 

Set out early to discover the beauty of Capri at your own pace. Explore the many shops and restaurants of this wonderful island or take a swim in the gulf of Naples. Return to your hotel for your last evening in Capri. (B)

Day 7                    CAPRI – ROME 

After breakfast at your hotel, enjoy a morning of exploring Capri at your own pace. In the afternoon, between 4:00-4:30 p.m, board the ferry back to Naples, and from there, continue to Rome. The tour will conclude upon your arrival in Rome, estimated at 9:00 p.m. Overnight in Rome. (B)

Day 8                    ROME

After breakfast, transfer to Rome airport. End of services. (B)

–          Accommodation is subject to change without notice. Every effort is made to avoid hotel changes but should a mid-tour hotel change become necessary after this list has been printed, contact details of the new hotel will be supplied to you by your Tour Director.

–          Hotel rooms may not be available for check-in before 2:00 p.m.

–          Hotel taxes, service charges and tips for baggage handling are not included in the tour price.

–          Tour can be a combination of regular tours, therefore coach changes may be required. The same people may not be travelling throughout the tour.

–          For operational reasons, order of itinerary and/or excursions is subject to change at any time. Optional excursions not specified in our itinerary will be suggested by the tour leader.

–          A government tourist tax may need to be paid locally upon arrival at your hotels.

–          During peak season, visiting the Blue Grotto in Capri may involve long lines and limited capacity. If access is not possible, or the weather con­ditions do not allow it, our guides will suggest alternative attractions to ensure a satisfying and memorable tour (e.g., Faraglioni rocks).
