Itinerary

Transfer from Split airport to the Split harbour where the vessel will be docked. Check-in from 14.00 h onwards. After settling in, enjoy the guided tour of the city. Split is a historic town under UNESCO protection and a part of the world heritage. One will find an abundance of Roman architecture – of special interest is the magnificent Diocletian palace, once inhabited by the Roman emperor. After the tour of Split, return to the ship for a welcome reception and cocktail to enjoy the meet and greet party on board. Overnight in Split.

Meals Included:
Dinner

Morning departure towards the jet-set island Hvar. Lunch stop on the small Island of Šćedro followed by a swim stop at the Paklinski Islands. Arrival to Hvar in the afternoon. Hvar is the longest Island in the Adriatic and one of the sunniest; known for lavish lavender fields and breathtaking beauty. Upon arrival, there will be a walking tour of the town. One can find many historical landmarks in Hvar, the Renaissance cathedral with its original tower, and the oldest community theatre in Europe which was founded in 1612. Hike up to the town fort overlooking the harbour to get some lovely scenic views of your ship and the Paklinski Islands. In the evening Hvar offers an abundance of entertainment – many restaurants, bars and cafes are open long into the night. Overnight in Hvar.

Meals Included:
Breakfast, Lunch

Morning departure from this magnificent town to continue our cruise towards the Pelješac peninsula, well known for its excellent wine. Before lunch, a short swim stop and afternoon arrival to Pelješac peninsula. Today you move away from the shore inland to explore the rural areas. Afternoon transfer followed by a visit to a local farm to indulge in a typical village party with Croatian delicacies, an all-inclusive dinner with local dishes made from their own produce. Late transfer back to the ship. Overnight on Pelješac peninsula.

Meals Included:
Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

Next morning you head further south to the Island of Mljet. Join the cruise manager for a stroll to the famous salt lakes in the Mljet National Park and enjoy the boat ride to the St Mary Isle, where you will visit an ancient Benedictine monastery, an old abbey, and a Church dating from the 12th Century. Return to the ship for lunch followed by departure towards Dubrovnik. Late afternoon arrival in Dubrovnik, but before we tie the ropes at Gruž harbour the captain will take you for an evening cruise alongside the old city walls while a buffet dinner is served on deck. Enjoy the spectacular views of this magnificent old town. Overnight in Dubrovnik.

Meals Included:
Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

After breakfast transfer to the old town for the guided walking tour to enjoy this magical town. You will have the opportunity to take the best pictures of the town of Dubrovnik as you take the cable car from the Old Town to Srđ mountain to enjoy scenic views of the Walls and the Elaphiti Islands. Afternoon at leisure to find idyllic spots for lunch and dinner. For those of you with more enthusiasm, we recommend walking the famous walls 1,940 m long and take a stroll along the walking street “STRADUN” – both a street and a square, a promenade inside the city walls. Overnight in Dubrovnik.

Meals Included:
Breakfast

Early morning departure towards the Korčula island best known as the birthplace of Marco Polo. Stop for lunch in one of the secluded bays en route. Early afternoon arrival in Korčula followed by a guided walking tour of this enchanting town with fortified walls. On this Island, you can find more legends, tales, and monuments than anywhere else while you wander along the herringbone pattern streets. Korčula has an abundant choice of restaurants where you can continue your gourmet experience and there are many bars and clubs for those looking for evening entertainment. Overnight in Korčula.

Meals Included:
Breakfast, Lunch

Our final stop will be the Island of Brač and picturesque town of Bol. Walk along the promenade or swim at one of the most famous beaches in Dalmatia – Zlatni Rat (the Golden cape – known for its gravel promontory shifts from side to side as the wind and waves constantly change its shape). Bol is a typical fishermen’s town turned into a popular tourist destination. Lunch on board and time at leisure until afternoon wine tasting in the facilities of the oldest Dalmatia wine cooperative (dating 1903) followed by the Captain’s farewell dinner with entertainment on board. Overnight in Bol or nearby Milna or Pučišća.

Important things to note

All itineraries and cruise vessels are subject to change without notice.

Sailing is at the Captain’s discretion.

Due to the size of the ports, vessels may be lined up next to each other which may result in other passengers boarding your vessel to reach another vessel.

Guests have to follow ship rules (to be found in written form on the ship) especially with regards to not bringing drinks on board and in case of bad behaviour, the tour operator/captain reserves the right in asking clients to disembark.

On Day 7 overnight on board will be either in Bol or nearby Milna or Pucisca (Brac).

The Captain has the right to change the itinerary in case of bad weather or similar inappropriate conditions in ports to ensure safety on board. Routing may also change due to the number of vessels in each port. Due to capacity, a sister vessel may be used which is of similar design and standard.

MV Rhapsody

Review for: Croatian Coast Split - Dubrovnik (One Way) Cruise

We have just returned from the most amazing week aboard the MV Rhapsody. Admittedly a brand new boat, but immaculately presented throughout. Captain Frane and his crew were great hosts, nothing was too much trouble. The high-spec cabins were spacious and were cleaned/beds made daily, bedding and towels changed during the week. The food was very good and always beautifully presented- buffet breakfast with eggs/bacon/sausages freshly cooked on request, 3 course lunches with wine (which could really have been a lighter meal) and some evening meals. The Captains dinner was great fun with live music and 4 courses. We enjoyed frequent swim stops and inclusive and optional daily activities. We had a good mix of free time and organised events. Mariana our Cruise Manager did an excellent organisational job all week, even sorting out appropriate covid tests. Everything was well-explained and she was very helpful (fluent in several languages) Nothing was too much trouble and she listened to personal requests! This was our first experience of a mini-cruise and we can’t wait to rebook next year. Fab memories from an amazing holiday. A cruise on MV Rhapsody is a truly incredible experience.

DO NOT BOOK!!!

Review for: Split - Dubrovnik - Split Cruise (KL2)

DO NOT book a cruise with this group. We booked a week long cruise, everything from the levels and types of boats are mis-leading. We had a cruise to and from Split stopping into some islands and as a maritime professional I was flabbergasted. The crew drank all day everyday including the captain and including when underway. There were literally guests sitting with empty glasses at lunch and in the evening and the waitress was running glass full of rum, vodka, gin forward to the bridge and galley. We did not receive what was advertised daily and there was no Covid related cleaning, in fact there was no cleaning at all just making the beds. Then at the end they try to inflate your bill and lie about the drink pricing and THEN they ask for a tip for the crew. It could be a comedy sketch if it weren't for the fact that passengers were no doubt in danger if something had happened like an engine fire. NEVER NEVER will I book a Croatia Cruise through this company and if I were to book a future cruise it would be with a proper company on a small Catamaran or something similar where they have offices and boats outside Croatia.
