Review for: New Star Cruise Split - Dubrovnik

7 day cruise from Split to Dubrovnik on the NEW STAR. A beautifully designed yacht with an delicious captain and family and all crewmembers were a joy. The food was excellent, the cabin beautiful and soundproof, everything perfect down to the quality of the toilet paper. Everything was beautifully organised and the the tour manager was very efficient and knowledgeable and a wonderful person and always staying calm even with some very difficult passengers. We enjoyed every minute.

Croatia & Adriatic Cruise - M/S Premier

Review for: From Croatia to Italy Cruise & Stay - M/S Premier

This tour was the 2nd week of October and the last tour of the season. That came with both positives and negatives. First the positives: 1. Great Tour Managers: Gabby on land and Zoran on the MS Premier. They (and the entire crew) were extremely friendly and helpful! 2. Great itinerary with magnificent scenery! 3. Good food and lots of it! 4. Lots of plugs in your room. 5. Adequate storage space. 6.. The ship was attractive and clean, and the small numbers allowed the passengers and crew to get to know each other well. 7. During the 2nd week of October, there were no crowds at all in ports which was great, and it was not hot on the walking tours, but at times it was nippy. Negatives: 1. It was too cold to swim except on the last day, and we got some strong winds. We could not enjoy sitting on the ship decks for most of the trip, but everyone went on deck to take photos. 2. The heating and air conditioning on the Premier is controlled by the Captain. The entire ship must be set on either air conditioning or heat. This was a problem for passengers on the lower deck. It was way too hot and stuffy when the heat was turned on at night. If you were upstairs, you could open your balcony door if it got too hot, but downstairs we had to turn the ventilation off completely. This would not be a problem during the summer when the AC would be on the entire time. 3. If you take the last cruise of the year, the bar begins to run out of certain items towards the end of the cruise. 4. The bath products were minimal. You got individual packets of body wash/shampoo, but no conditioner. or lotions, and there was only one tiny waste basket in the bathroom. They needed a waste basket in the room.
