Day 1: VENICE
Welcome to the Queen of Adriatic, the mesmerizing Venice! After arrival, you will be transferred from Venice airport to your tour hotel. Rest of the day is at leisure. Meet with your tour director to get all the information about the tour. Overnight in Venice (Mestre).
Day 2: VENICE
After breakfast, enjoy a guided tour of the magical city of Venice. Begin with a scenic taxi boat ride offering your first glimpse of the “City of Canals.” Explore highlights such as St. Mark’s Square, the stunning basilica, the astrological clock, the Campanile bell tower, the Bridge of Sighs, and the iconic Rialto Bridge. Spend the afternoon at your leisure before transferring to your hotel. Overnight in Venice (Mestre). (B)
Day 3: VENICE – PIRAN – KOPER – OPATIJA/LOVRAN
Continue your journey into Slovenia with a visit to Piran, a charming seaside town known for its colourful streets and rich Venetian heritage. Explore key sights including Tartini Square, St. George’s Church, and the historic city walls. Then head to Koper, the coastal capital that was once an island, for a guided walk, lunch, and some free time. In the late afternoon, arrive in Opatija, a stylish resort town on the Croatian coast. Evening at leisure. Overnight in Opatija/Lovran. (B, L)
Day 4: OPATIJA/LOVRAN – ROVINJ – POREC – OPATIJA/LOVRAN
Istria, the largest peninsula in the Adriatic Sea, lies between the Gulf of Trieste and the Kvarner Gulf, and is shared by Croatia, Slovenia, and Italy. Visit Rovinj, one of Croatia’s most charming and romantic coastal towns, with its old town built on a former island. To experience the authentic Istrian spirit, stop at a local agritourism farm for a tasting. Then continue to Poreč, another popular Istrian destination, where a walk through its narrow streets will enchant you. Return to your hotel in the afternoon. Overnight in Opatija/Lovran. (B, L)
Day 5: OPATIJA/LOVRAN – PLITVICE AREA
Leave the coast behind and journey into Croatia’s scenic hinterland to explore one of Europe’s most stunning natural wonders-Plitvice National Park. This UNESCO World Heritage site features 16 terraced lakes connected by cascading waterfalls and a network of wooden walkways and forest trails. Enjoy free time in the afternoon to soak in the park’s unspoiled beauty. Dinner and overnight stay in the Plitvice area. (B, D)
Day 6: PLITVICE AREA – ZADAR – TROGIR – SPLIT
Begin your day with a brief city tour of Zadar, known for its ancient and early Christian landmarks. Once a key city of the first Croatian kingdom, Zadar is now the cultural and administrative hub of northern Dalmatia. Highlights include the Roman Forum, St. Donatus Church, and St. Anastasia Cathedral. You’ll also visit the famous Sea Organ, a unique instrument played by the motion of the sea. In the afternoon, travel to Split with a stop in Trogir, a historic town filled with charming palaces. Arrive in Split and enjoy some free time. Overnight in Split. (B, L)
Day 7: SPLIT
Split, the capital of Dalmatia, serves as both the administrative and cultural heart of the region. Its historic centre, home to the Roman-era Diocletian’s Palace, is a UNESCO World Heritage site and one of Croatia’s most impressive ancient landmarks. Begin your day with a guided tour through the palace, St. Duje Cathedral, the Golden Gate, and the iconic Split Riva. The afternoon is yours to enjoy at leisure. Overnight in Split. (B)
Day 8: SPLIT – DUBROVNIK
Dubrovnik, a true gem of the Adriatic, is one of the world’s most iconic and historic cities. Once a powerful merchant republic, it boasts a beautifully preserved old town encircled by medieval walls. Explore highlights like the Pile Gate, Franciscan Monastery, Rector’s Palace, and the impressive city walls. Enjoy a free afternoon to explore at your pace. Overnight in Dubrovnik. (B)
Day 9: DUBROVNIK
Free time to enjoy Dubrovnik city on your own. In the evening, gather with your group for a farewell dinner. (B, D)
Day 10: DUBROVNIK
Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to Dubrovnik airport. End of our services. (B)
