Itinerary

DEPARTURES TILL 26 MAR 2026  DEPARTURES FROM 27 MAR 2026
DAY 1: MADRID – CACERES – SEVILLE DAY 1: MADRID – MERIDA – SEVILLE
Depart from selected Madrid hotels at approximately 08:15 am, or the bus terminal located at, Calle Ferraz 3, Madrid, at 08:00 am. (Check your voucher for exact information regarding your pickup or if you need to make your way to the terminal. Please be at the terminal no later than 07:45 am). Depart towards the region of Extremadura and arrive at Caceres. Time at leisure to discover its Plaza Mayor and to walk through the old city with its famous medieval quarter. It is very well preserved and considered a World Heritage place. Continue south to Andalucia and arrive at Seville for overnight. (D) Depart from selected Madrid hotels at approximately 8:15 AM, or from the bus terminal at Calle Ferraz 3, Madrid, at 8:00 AM. (Please refer to your voucher for detailed pickup information or instructions if you need to make your own way to the terminal. Be at the terminal no later than 7:45 AM).

Depart towards the Spanish border to arrive in Mérida. Free time to explore its impressive archaeological site, featuring the Roman Theatre and Amphitheatre, declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site.  Lunch at leisure. We then continue along the “Autovia de la Plata” (Silver Route) towards Andalucia, arriving in Seville. Dinner and overnight in Seville. (B, D)
DAY 2: SEVILLE DAY 2: SEVILLE
Morning city sightseeing tour, including María Luisa Park, Plaza de España, the exterior of the city’s stunning Cathedral and its bell tower, called Giralda and the typical neighbourhood of Santa Cruz with its streets, squares, and narrow alleys. If you wish, you can optionally navigate the Guadalquivir River, during which you will enjoy a panoramic view of the Gold Tower and Expo 92 or visit to the Maestranza bullring. Overnight Seville. After breakfast, depart for Cordoba. Enjoy a walking tour starting at Almodovar Gate, through the Jewish Quarter and continue for a visit of the famous Mosque/Cathedral. Afternoon at leisure. Depart to the Route of White Villages and Ronda. After some free time, continue to Torremolinos on the Costa del Sol where you have the afternoon at leisure. Overnight Costa del Sol. DAY 5: COSTA DEL SOL – GRANADA DAY 5: COSTA DEL SOL – GRANADA
Departure to Granada. Visit to the spectacular group of monuments of the Alhambra and Generalife, former residence of the Moorish kings, with its magnificent fountains, gardens, and arches. Note: If the Patronato of the Alhambra and Generalife do not grant tickets for participants to visit the Alhambra and Generalife, a tour of the city of Granada will be provided instead. Visit to the Palace of Carlos V, the Archaeological Museum, Church of Santa María de la Alhambra, Royal Chapel, and a walk through the city Alcaiceria (silk market) and the Cathedral Square. Note: If the Patronato of the Alhambra and Generalife do not grant tickets for participants to visit the Alhambra and Generalife, a tour of the city of Granada will be provided instead.
