DAY 1: MADRID – SALAMANCA – VIGO DAY 1: MADRID – SALAMANCA – VIGO 
Depart from selected Madrid hotels at approximately 08:15am, or the bus terminal located at, Calle Ferraz 3, Madrid, at 08:00 am. (Check your voucher for exact information regarding your pickup or if you need to make your way to the terminal. Please be at the terminal no later than 07:45am). Depart to Salamanca. Time at leisure to walk through this monumental city and its famous Plaza Mayor. Continue to Vigo. Dinner and overnight in Vigo. (D) Depart from selected Madrid hotels at approximately 8:15 AM, or from the bus terminal at Calle Ferraz 3, Madrid, at 8:00 AM. (Please refer to your voucher for detailed pickup information or instructions if you need to make your own way to the terminal. Be at the terminal no later than 7:45 AM).

Depart to Salamanca. Time at leisure to walk through this monumental city and its famous Plaza Mayor. Continue to Vigo. Dinner and overnight in Vigo. (D)

DAY 2: VIGO – VIANA DO CASTELO – BRAGA – PORTO DAY 2: VIGO – VIANA DO CASTELO – BRAGA – PORTO
After breakfast, cross the Portuguese border and arrive in Viana do Castelo, city located between the mouth of the river Miño and Porto. Free time to visit the old town with cobbled streets and emblazoned buildings. We continue to Braga known as the city of the archbishops and the third most populated city in Portugal. Free time. Proceed to Porto for overnight. (B) After breakfast, cross the Portuguese border and arrive in Viana do Castelo, city located between the mouth of the river Miño and Porto. Free time to visit the old town with cobbled streets and emblazoned buildings. We continue to Braga known as the city of the archbishops and the third most populated city in Portugal. Free time. After breakfast, depart for Coimbra, the site of one of the oldest universities in Europe and the birthplace of Fado, the music of Portugal. Enjoy lunch, followed by time at leisure. After breakfast, travel to Fatima, an important pilgrimage centre. Free time to visit the Shrine and afterwards continue to Lisbon, the capital of Portugal located at the mouth of the Tagus River. DAY 6: LISBON DAY 6: LISBON
Morning panoramic sightseeing tour of this beautiful city, located at the mouth of the Tagus River: Edward VII Park’s hilltop viewpoint, Rossio Square, Liberdade Avenue, Madragoa District (where Fado, the traditional Portugues music was born). We will continue to the Belem District, with its famous Tower, Monument to the Navigators, and Los Jeronimos Monastery. Free afternoon. Overnight Lisbon. Morning departure to the border with Spain before continuing to Cáceres. Free time at leisure to explore its Plaza Mayor and to walk through the old city and its famous medieval quarter, very well preserved and considered a World Heritage place. Continue south to Seville in Andalucia. Overnight Seville. (B, D) Breakfast at your hotel. Depart towards the Spanish border to arrive in Mérida. Free time to explore its impressive archaeological site, featuring the Roman Theatre and Amphitheatre, declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site.  Lunch at leisure. We then continue along the “Autovia de la Plata” (Silver Route) towards Andalucia, arriving in Seville. Dinner and overnight in Seville. (B, D)
DAY 8: SEVILLE DAY 8: SEVILLE
Morning city sightseeing tour, including María Luisa Park, Plaza de España, the exterior of the city’s stunning Cathedral and its bell tower, called Giralda and the typical neighbourhood of Santa Cruz with its streets, squares, and narrow alleys. If you wish, you can optionally navigate the Guadalquivir River, during which you will enjoy a panoramic view of the Gold Tower and Expo 92 or visit to the Maestranza bullring. Lunch at a restaurant. Overnight Seville. Departure from the Costa del Sol to embark on a ferry, crossing the Strait of Gibraltar. Arrival in Morocco with a guided panoramic tour to see the surroundings of Tangier, Grottos de Hercules, and Cape Spartel. Free time. Overnight Tangier. DAY 11: TANGIER – VOLUBILIS – MEKNES – FEZ DAY 11: TANGIER – VOLUBILIS – MEKNES – FEZ
Travel through the Middle Atlas, towards Fez. First stop in Volubilis to visit its Roman ruins, the main road Decumanus Máximo, which begins at the gate of Tangier and ends at the Arc de Triomphe of Caracalla of 217 AD. It is paved and surrounded by spacious and decorated houses. Continue to Meknés, one of the Imperial cities that became the capital of Morocco under the reign of Moulay Ismail. We will visit its medina, its El-Hedim square and its famous Bab Al Mansour gate, probably the most beautiful in Morocco. In the afternoon, arrival in Fez for overnight. Visit a historic Medersa and experience the timeless charm of this ancient city. Lunch at a local restaurant. Afternoon at leisure. Overnight in Fez. After breakfast, explore Marrakesh, another of Morocco’s great imperial cities. Begin at the iconic Koutoubia Mosque, the city’s landmark, before visiting the splendid 19th-century Bahia Palace, crafted by artisans from Fez. Continue through the Jewish Quarter (Mellah) and the Kissaría market to the vibrant Djemaa El Fna Square – a UNESCO-listed cultural treasure filled with storytellers, snake charmers, and performers. Wander through the bustling souks lined with workshops and traditional crafts and visit a Berber pharmacy offering natural argan-based products. Return to the square for some free time before lunch at a local restaurant. Overnight in Marrakesh. (B, L) After breakfast, explore Marrakesh, another of Morocco’s great imperial cities. Visit the iconic Tour Hassan, an unfinished mosque with over 200 columns, and the Mausoleum of Mohamed V, honouring the sultan who secured the country’s independence, guarded by the royal cavalry in ceremonial dress. Stroll through the Kasbah of the Oudayas and along the Buregreg River promenade. In the evening, enjoy a night tour of the city followed by dinner at a local restaurant. Overnight in Rabat. Departure to Granada. Visit to the spectacular group of monuments of the Alhambra and Generalife, former residence of the Moorish kings, with its magnificent fountains, gardens, and arches. Visit to the Palace of Carlos V, the Archaeological Museum, Church of Santa María de la Alhambra, Royal Chapel, and a walk through the city Alcaiceria (silk market) and the Cathedral Square.
