DAY 1:                                BARI – TRANI

Upon arrival at Bari Airport, transfer to your hotel. Enjoy your free time exploring the charming old town, with its sea breeze, picturesque streets, and timeless atmosphere. Overnight in Trani.

DAY 2:                                TRANI – CASTEL DEL MONTE – TRANI

After breakfast, step back in time with a guided tour of Trani, famed for its seaside Cathedral and the historic charm of its Jewish quarter. Continue to Castel del Monte, the remarkable eight-sided fortress built by Emperor Frederick II and listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. End the day with a scenic sunset aperitif – a perfect toast to the region’s beauty and heritage. Overnight in Trani. (B)

DAY 3:                                 TRANI – BARI

After breakfast, enjoy a morning steeped in tradition with a hands-on experience at a local Apulian dairy, where you’ll learn to make mozzarella and burrata. In the afternoon, visit the Museo del Confetto to discover the artistry and history behind Italy’s beloved confectionery. Conclude the day with a guided tour of an olive oil mill, complete with a tasting of premium extra virgin olive oil – the “liquid gold” of Puglia. Overnight in Bari. (B)

DAY 4:                                BARI – MATERA – BARI

After breakfast, set out to discover Matera, the legendary city of the Sassi and a former European Capital of Culture, where ancient stone dwellings and winding streets tell stories of centuries past. Later, return to Bari for a delicious street food tour through the historic centre, sampling local favourites such as focaccia, panzerotti, and sgagliozze for a true taste of Apulian tradition. Overnight in Bari. (B)

DAY 5:                                BARI – ALBEROBELLO – POLIGNANO A MARE – BARI  

After breakfast, visit two of Puglia’s most iconic destinations: Alberobello, famed for its charming storybook trulli houses, and Polignano a Mare, a breathtaking seaside village carved into cliffs with stunning views of the Adriatic. Overnight in Bari. (B)

DAY 6:                                BARI – OSTUNI – LECCE

After breakfast, begin the day in Ostuni, the “White City,” where sunlit alleyways reveal sweeping views of the Itria Valley. In the afternoon, continue to Lecce, the “Florence of the South,” celebrated for its magnificent Baroque architecture and golden-hued facades. End the day with a local aperitif in the heart of the historic centre. Overnight in Lecce. (B)

DAY 7:                                LECCE – OTRANTO – GALLIPOLI – LECCE

After breakfast, set off for Otranto along the Adriatic coast, a town where cathedrals and castles whisper stories of martyrs and maritime legends. Later, continue to Gallipoli on the Ionian coast for a leisurely stroll along its historic bastions, charming harbor, and scenic seafront. Return to Lecce in the evening for your overnight stay. (B)

After breakfast, end of services. (B)
