Zagreb To Opatija | Partially Guided Tour | 4 Days

DAY 1:                  ZAGREB

Upon arrival to Zagreb airport, transfer to hotel. Rest of the day at leisure. Overnight in Zagreb.

DAY 2:                  ZAGREB

Enjoy a morning city tour of Zagreb walking through the historic Upper Town where you will, among other sites, visit the St. Mark’s Church, the Cathedral, the Government Palace and the Lotrščak tower. Overnight in Zagreb. (B)

Departures in 2025: DAY 3:                  ZAGREB – PLITVICE – OPATIJA

Morning departure towards the spectacular Plitvice Lakes National Park, the oldest Croatian national park consisting of 16 lakes connected by cascading waterfalls. Enjoy a 3-to-4-hour walking tour strolling the wooden paths and nature trails surrounded by lush greenery and turquoise waters (minimum fitness level required). Continue to Opatija hotel for overnight. (B)

Departures in 2026: DAY 3:                  ZAGREB – PLITVICE – OPATIJA

Morning departure towards the spectacular Plitvice Lakes National Park. The oldest Croatian national park consists of 16 lakes connected by cascading waterfalls. Enjoy a visit to the park, exploring on foot along the wooden paths and nature trails, surrounded by lush greenery and turquoise waters. Continue to Opatija for an overnight stay. (B)

DAY 4:                  OPATIJA

Morning guided tour of Opatija, once the summer and winter resort of 19th Century elite Wilhelm II, Franz Josef, Gustav Mahler, and Isadora Duncan. After the tour, end of our services. (B)
