Explore Croatia from Venice to Split
DAY 1: VENICE – OPATIJA
Pick up from Tronchetto bus station or Venice airport (Marco Polo or Treviso). Transfer to Opatija on the Croatian riviera. Overnight in Opatija.
DAY 2: OPATIJA
Morning guided tour of Opatija, once the summer and winter resort of 19th Century elite Wilhelm II, Franz Josef, Gustav Mahler, and Isadora Duncan. Overnight in Opatija. (B)
DAY 3: OPATIJA – PLITVICE – SPLIT
Morning departure towards the spectacular Plitvice Lakes National Park, the oldest Croatian national park, consisting of 16 lakes connected by cascading waterfalls. Enjoy a 3 to 4 hour walking tour strolling the wooden paths and nature trails surrounded by lush greenery and turquoise waters (minimum fitness level required). Continue to Split hotel for overnight. (B)
DAY 4: SPLIT
Morning guided tour of Split and its famous Diocletian palace. Tour ends at Split port. End of our services. (B)
