DAY 1: LJUBLJANA
Upon arrival, transfer to the hotel. The rest of the day is at leisure. Overnight in Ljubljana.
DAY 2: LJUBLJANA – BLED – LJUBLJANA
Breakfast at the hotel. Join a group tour to the picturesque Lake Bled. Enjoy a traditional “pletna” boat ride across the lake to Bled Island, home to the charming Church of the Assumption and its famous wishing bell (entrance not included). Continue to the impressive Bled Castle, a medieval fortress perched high above the lake, offering spectacular views of the surrounding landscape. Return to Ljubljana in the afternoon. Overnight in Ljubljana. (B)
DAY 3: LJUBLJANA – ZAGREB
Breakfast at the hotel. Private transfer from Ljubljana to Zagreb. Upon arrival, the remainder of the day is at leisure to explore Croatia’s capital. Overnight in Zagreb. (B)
DAY 4: ZAGREB
Breakfast at the hotel. Enjoy a day at leisure in Zagreb, Croatia’s vibrant capital city with a history dating back to 1094. Discover the charming Upper Town, home to the Cathedral of the Assumption and the iconic St. Mark’s Church, or explore the lively Lower Town centred around Ban Jelačić Square. Overnight in Zagreb. DAY 5: ZAGREB – PLITVICE – SPLIT
Breakfast at the hotel. Join a group tour to the spectacular Plitvice Lakes National Park, Croatia’s oldest national park and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Explore the park’s famous 16 cascading lakes, turquoise waters, and breathtaking waterfalls surrounded by lush forests. Continue to Split, arriving in the late afternoon. Overnight in Split. (B)
DAY 6: SPLIT
Breakfast at the hotel. Explore Split, Croatia’s vibrant coastal city located between mountains and the Adriatic Sea. Discover the remarkable Diocletian’s Palace, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the best-preserved Roman monuments in the world. Enjoy time at leisure to explore the city’s historic streets, waterfront promenade, restaurants, and cafés. Overnight in Split. (B)
DAY 7: SPLIT – HVAR
Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to the pier for the catamaran journey to Hvar Island. Upon arrival, transfer to the selected hotel. The remainder of the day is at leisure. Overnight in Hvar. (B)
DAY 8: HVAR
Breakfast at the hotel. Discover the beauty of Hvar, known as Croatia’s sunniest island. Explore the charming Hvar Town, with its cobbled streets, historic landmarks, and Mediterranean atmosphere. Experience the island’s famous lavender fields, local wines, and delicious cuisine. Overnight in Hvar. (B)
DAY 9: HVAR – KORCULA
Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to the pier for the catamaran journey to Korčula Island. Upon arrival, transfer to the selected hotel. The remainder of the day is at leisure. Overnight in Korčula. (B)
DAY 10: KORCULA
Breakfast at the hotel. Discover the enchanting island of Korčula, known for its medieval charm, narrow stone streets, elegant houses, and historic architecture. Enjoy time to explore the atmospheric Old Town and admire the stunning Adriatic views. Overnight in Korčula. (B)
DAY 11: KORCULA – DUBROVNIK
Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to Korčula pier for the catamaran journey to Dubrovnik. Upon arrival, transfer to the selected hotel. The remainder of the day is at leisure. Overnight in Dubrovnik. (B)
DAY 12: DUBROVNIK
Breakfast at the hotel. Enjoy a day at leisure in the spectacular Dubrovnik, known as the “Pearl of the Adriatic”. Explore the historic city surrounded by impressive medieval city walls, or discover iconic landmarks including the Rector’s Palace, Franciscan Monastery, and its historic 14th-century Pharmacy.
