Day 1 – Saturday: VALLETTA (AT PORT)
Embarkation at the port of Valetta starts at 14:00. After the cruise safety drill demonstration, meet at the restaurant for our welcome cocktail & dinner. Overnight in Valetta. (D)
Day 2 – Sunday: VALLETTA – GOZO ISLAND (AT SEA)
In the morning, the boat leaves Valletta port. Our next destination is Malta’s beloved Gozo Island, famous for the Ggantija temples, a UNESCO World Heritage Site renowned as some of the oldest free-standing megalithic monuments globally, dating back 5500 years. Enjoy a morning refreshing swim stop in the serene Maltese Waters, before your lunch on board. Early in the afternoon we arrive at Gozo Island, where you will have your afternoon free for exploration and dinner ashore. After dinner the ship leaves Gozo. Next destination is the glorious Sicily. Day 3 – Monday: SYRACUSE (AT SEA)
We will arrive in Syracuse early in the morning. After breakfast, join our optional tour during which we will explore Syracuse, known as the “White City”. Lunch will be at your own arrangements and your afternoon is at your own leisure. At 7pm, enjoy our “Cocktail Demonstration”, one of our most popular events. During this 1-hour demonstration, our Bar Manager will create and share the recipes of 2 signature cocktails, so you can easily recreate this at home. The cocktail demonstration is followed by our 4-course dinner, served on board. Our boat leaves Syracuse at around 9pm. Next destination is the charming Lipari Island. (B, D)
Day 4 – Tuesday: LIPARI (AT PORT)
After a lazy breakfast, enjoy your day on the deck enjoying the sun and the refreshing sea breeze. Our boat will sail around Stromboli, one of the seven volcanic islands that make up the Aeolian Archipelago, off Sicily’s northern coast. This UNESCO World Heritage Site reigns as one of the world’s most active volcanoes, having spewed fountains of lava almost continuously for nearly 2500 years. We anchor at Lipari Island at around at noon. Before our included BBQ lunch on board, our chef will share with you the recipe of the Pesto a la Trapanese dip! The afternoon is free to explore Lipari at your own leisure and enjoy your dinner ashore at your own leisure. The boat overnights at Lipari. (B, L)
Day 5 – Wednesday: LIPARI (AT SEA)
After breakfast, join our optional tour to Quattrochi Belvedere, Quattropani and the Lipari Castle. You will be free to enjoy your lunch at your own leisure. At 7:30pm, join our included Wine Tasting Experience, during which you will enjoy a beautiful selection of Italian and Greek wines, preparing your palate for our 4-course served dinner on board. Day 6 – Thursday: CATANIA (AT PORT)
Our boat will reach Catania early in the morning. Enjoy some moments on the deck whilst we are approaching Catania just before your breakfast. Embark on a captivating optional tour through the varied landscapes of Mt Etna’s southern slopes, reaching heights of 2000 meters. Wine tasting with lunch is included. The afternoon is free to enjoy at your own leisure. Tonight, you are invited to our Captain’s Italian Night Dinner with delicious Italian dishes & Italian Music. Our boat overnights in Catania. Day 7 – Friday: CATANIA (AT SEA)
The day starts with a lazy breakfast. If you need assistance with your airport or hotel transfers, liaise with your Cruise Manager in the morning. It is best to let us have your preferred transfer time 24+ hours earlier to pre-book for you. Join our optional tour of Catania. You will have free time to explore Catania in the afternoon or enjoy your lunch ashore at your own arrangements. At around 6pm our boat leaves Catania. (B, D)
Day 8 – Saturday: VALLETTA
We reach Valletta early in the morning. Enjoy a relaxing breakfast with your co-travellers. Disembarkation. End of services.
