Welcome to Paris! Upon arriving at the airport, we will be waiting to transfer you to your hotel. Check the information boards in the hotel reception area for details of the welcome meeting with your guide and fellow travellers.
Today we take a guided tour to discover the history, main boulevards and the breath-taking monuments of Paris. Later in the day, we provide a transfer to the Montmartre district. This neighbourhood is known for its painters, artists, and its cabarets. Sit down for lunch and enjoy this magical place where you can choose from the various cuisines this area has to offer. We will then return to the hotel or take some leisure time to enjoy the city.
Today we will include a transfer to Versailles, with its immense palace and beautiful gardens. Free afternoon.
Early departure from Paris, travelling towards Normandy, making a stop in Giverny. We will visit Monet’s House and its impressive gardens (entrance included) ; we talk about Impressionist art, which had its centre in Normandy. The journey continues to Rouen, the capital of Normandy with its medieval streets and cathedral. Here we have time for a stroll and to take lunch. We continue to Arromanches, on its beaches we are reminded of the World War II landings in France. Last stop is Caen, where we take some leisure time in the central district.
First thing in the morning we travel to Mont Saint Michel, time to see the Abbey located within the city on an island. After this, whilst travelling in the Brittany region, we stop at Saint- Malo (whose powerful walls defend the city), where we will have time for lunch. In the afternoon we continue to Dinan, take some time to explore this Breton village full of charm. We continue our way to Rennes, the capital of Brittany with its interesting and monumental historic centre.
In the morning we will leave for Angers. Those who want can visit the castle that houses the largest medieval tapestry on the Apocalypse. After this we continue to the Loire Valley, visiting Tours, the regional capital on the banks of the Loire River, with time for a stroll and to take lunch. In the afternoon we will visit the Chateau de Villandry, famous for its gardens and flowers (tickets to the gardens are included). Journey on to Amboise, a city with a very interesting medieval quarter. Dinner included. Note: Sometimes the accommodation may be offered in the city of Tours.
First a stroll through Amboise in the early hours to the Clos Lucé mansion where leonardo da Vinci spent the last 3 years of his life. Exploring the Loire region in a little more depth, we visit Chenonceau Castle (tickets included), built like a bridge over the River Cher. We continue to Chambord, the largest castle of Loire (entrance to the park included). We will then depart to Paris. Arrival at around 18.00 hrs.- End of our services.

This museum, besides being the best-known gallery in the world, brings together admirable archaeological and sculptural works. Due to the large size of this museum and its huge number of works of art we suggest you take a guided tour that will allow you to see some of the most important works of its interior. Our selective tour will take you from the medieval Louvre, Egyptian Sphinx, Greco-Roman sculptures, including the famous Venus del Milo, summer apartments of Anne of Austria and Cardinal Mazarin, until you reach the Victory of Samothrace. We will also visit the part of western painting, the primitive Italians: Cimabue and Ghiotto, following by the Grande Galería where at this moment we can see “The Virgin of the Rocks” by Leonardo da Vinci. Next, we will admire “The Wedding of Cana” by Verones and the most famous painting of the “La Gioconda” museum. Another part of the museum that we will have the opportunity to see with our guide is the Gallery of French Painting, where we can see “The raft of the jellyfish” by Gericault, “Liberty guiding the people” by Delacroix, “The coronation of Napoleon ” from David. Next, we will go to the Apollo Gallery where we will find goldsmith objects and some of “the Crown Jewels”, the Gallery of the Guards, where we will find Etruscan and Roman jewels. And finally, another of the parties we visited are the apartments of Napoleon III with its splendid furniture.

In this activity we will have the opportunity to visit two parts of Paris. On the one hand, we will visit the historic heart of the city walking through the charming streets of the Latin Quarter. In these streets we can discover important points such as the University of Sorbonne, the Cluny Thermal Baths and the Medieval Museum of Paris, the Church of Sant Severine, the Sant Julien-Le Pauvre Church and then the Island of the Cité where we will visit in its part external one of the most important works of France, great work of gothic art, made by Sully in the S XII, Cathedral of Notre-Dame, stroll along its quays admiring buildings such as the conservatory, medieval palace and former residence of the kings of France and the wonderful building of the Hotel de Ville. With our bus we will travel to the west of Paris to make the cruise by the river Seine, this tour will allow us to enjoy a different view of the main monuments that are on both shores crossing its numerous and admired bridges. NOTE: Due to the fire in the Cathedral we will visit this monument externally.
