Itinerary

Transfer from Split airport to Split harbour where the vessel will be docked. Check in from 12pm. Meet the crew and enjoy a welcome cocktail while we set sail for the first island on route – Brač, the largest island in Dalmatia, known for the precious white stone used famous buildings like the White House, Diocletian’s Palace, and the Budapest Parliament to name a few. The village Pučišća has always been known for its culture of stone masonry. The harmony and homogeneous of the plebeian houses, the Renaissance palaces and Baroque buildings made from the white stone of Brač, leave every visitor breathless. Visit the stone masonry workshop, one of a few lefts in Europe. Dinner on board and overnight in Pučišća.

Meals Included:
Lunch

In the morning, after breakfast, cruise towards the Island of Korčula, best known as the birthplace of Marco Polo. Stop for lunch in one of the secluded bays en-route. Early afternoon arrival in Korčula followed by a guided walking tour of this enchanting town, fortified by the walls. The island treasures many legends, myths, and tales. Discover Mystic Korčula, through a magic chest of traditions while wandering along the herringbone pattern streets. The town has an abundant choice of restaurants offering an awesome gourmet experience and numerous bars and clubs for evening entertainment. Overnight in Korčula.

Meals Included:
Breakfast, Lunch

Morning cruise further south towards the Island of Mljet. The legend says, Greek hero, Odysseus spent years on this island. During his travels, he was captured by the nymph Calypso and spent years with her in the cave right here, on Mljet. Enjoy one of the greenest islands of Adriatic and beware of the nymphs… Join the cruise manager for a stroll to the famous salt lakes in the Mljet National Park and enjoy the boat ride to the St Mary Isle, visit the ancient Benedictine monastery, an old abbey and a Church dating from the 12th Century. Mljet is a quiet and protected area, enjoy the serenity, the nature and relax your senses. It is home to many endemic plant species and a rich historical heritage. There are many options for different activities, rent a bike or a kayak for leisure time to explore. Overnight in Pomena or Polača port.

Meals Included:
Breakfast, Lunch

After breakfast, departure towards Lastovo, the largest island of the archipelago of the same name. Lastovo was a military base for Yugoslavian Army and therefore closed for tourism till 1989. That is one of the reasons why the island kept its natural wooded beauty and sense of isolation. The central town of the island is located inland, which is very unusual for the islands, this is because the inhabitants had to hide from the pirates who tried to conquer this island many times during the past. After the lunch on board, there will be a transfer to the Lastovo town, a very picturesque place with old stone houses set on a slope. Wine tasting at the local winery. Overnight in the port of Ubli.

Meals Included:
Breakfast, Lunch

Today’s destination is the island of Vis, lately known as the filming location of Mamma Mia 2. Visit the small island Biševo and its famous Blue Cave, a splendorous and unique geomorphological natural wonder. A hypnotizing silver-blue light illuminates the space inside the cave (Entrance fee approx. 15 €, to be paid on the spot). The visit will depend on weather & tide conditions. Enjoy the lunch on board as the vessel approaches Vis. Time at leisure to explore the main filming locations around the island: the Vis harbour, the Barjoška bay, the market, Barjaci – where the big Abba performance was filmed and many, many others. Possible to rent scooters/cars to visit the rest of the island on your own. Plenty of beautiful sights and dining places to discover in the evening. Overnight in Vis.

Meals Included:
Breakfast, Lunch

Morning departure towards Hvar, the sunniest Adriatic Island, and the jet-set destination. Upon arrival, time at leisure to explore Hvar, walk through the smooth cobblestone streets, check out the oldest communal theatre in Europe (set above the “Arsenal” at the local square), or just take a cup of coffee at one of many terraces and feel the vibe. A bus will be ready for the excursion with lunch to Stari Grad, the oldest town in Croatia! The first settlers were the Greeks from the island Paros in the Aegean Sea, who established the colony in the year 384 B.C. and named the town Pharos. Learn more on a guided tour. In the evening a Captain’s dinner with live entertainment on board. Overnight in Stari Grad.

Meals Included:
Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

Wake up early to admire the sunrise while enjoying the hearty breakfast. Relax on a sundeck and enjoy a swim stop at the most famous beach in Dalmatia – Zlatni Rat near Bol – whose shingle promontory shifts from side to side as the wind and waves constantly cause the shape to change. After lunch, as the cruise continues towards Split, enjoy the unbelievable views of the surrounding seas and the amazing Split’s Riviera. Upon arrival, join the guided city tour. A dynamic port city with a medieval Old Town grown around the 1.700-year-old Diocletian’s Palace, Split bustles with modern life amid its ancient Roman setting. Cafés, restaurants, and galleries cram the cobblestone alleyways, the waterfront and the Marjan peninsula, making Croatia’s second-largest city one of the Mediterranean’s most compelling. Overnight in Split.

Meals Included:
Breakfast, Lunch

After breakfast, it is time to say goodbye to the crew and all your new friends. Check out by 9.00am and transfer to Split airport. End of our services.

Important things to note

All itineraries and cruise vessels are subject to change without notice.

Sailing is at the Captain’s discretion.

Due to the size of the ports, vessels may be lined up next to each other which may result in other passengers boarding your vessel to reach another vessel.

Guests have to follow ship rules (to be found in written form on the ship) especially with regards to not bringing drinks on board and in case of bad behaviour, the tour operator/captain reserves the right in asking clients to disembark.

The Captain has the right to change the itinerary in case of bad weather or similar inappropriate conditions in ports to ensure safety on board. Routing may also change due to the number of vessels in each port. Due to capacity, a sister vessel may be used which is of similar design and standard.

FAQ’s

In some trips we list multiple vessels in the same class. We do so, as we may use a different vessel depending on departure date, occupancy and availability. As always, these vessels are a guide only and subject to change. Where we need to use a different vessel than that which we list, we endeavour to use vessels with a similar class.

MV Rhapsody

Review for: Croatian Coast Split - Dubrovnik (One Way) Cruise

We have just returned from the most amazing week aboard the MV Rhapsody. Admittedly a brand new boat, but immaculately presented throughout. Captain Frane and his crew were great hosts, nothing was too much trouble. The high-spec cabins were spacious and were cleaned/beds made daily, bedding and towels changed during the week. The food was very good and always beautifully presented- buffet breakfast with eggs/bacon/sausages freshly cooked on request, 3 course lunches with wine (which could really have been a lighter meal) and some evening meals. The Captains dinner was great fun with live music and 4 courses. We enjoyed frequent swim stops and inclusive and optional daily activities. We had a good mix of free time and organised events. Mariana our Cruise Manager did an excellent organisational job all week, even sorting out appropriate covid tests. Everything was well-explained and she was very helpful (fluent in several languages) Nothing was too much trouble and she listened to personal requests! This was our first experience of a mini-cruise and we can’t wait to rebook next year. Fab memories from an amazing holiday. A cruise on MV Rhapsody is a truly incredible experience.

DO NOT BOOK!!!

Review for: Split - Dubrovnik - Split Cruise (KL2)

DO NOT book a cruise with this group. We booked a week long cruise, everything from the levels and types of boats are mis-leading. We had a cruise to and from Split stopping into some islands and as a maritime professional I was flabbergasted. The crew drank all day everyday including the captain and including when underway. There were literally guests sitting with empty glasses at lunch and in the evening and the waitress was running glass full of rum, vodka, gin forward to the bridge and galley. We did not receive what was advertised daily and there was no Covid related cleaning, in fact there was no cleaning at all just making the beds. Then at the end they try to inflate your bill and lie about the drink pricing and THEN they ask for a tip for the crew. It could be a comedy sketch if it weren't for the fact that passengers were no doubt in danger if something had happened like an engine fire. NEVER NEVER will I book a Croatia Cruise through this company and if I were to book a future cruise it would be with a proper company on a small Catamaran or something similar where they have offices and boats outside Croatia.
