Known as the “Pearl of the Adriatic”, Dubrovnik is regarded as one of the most prominent tourist attractions in Croatia and the Mediterranean. The city features stunning architecture, and boasts spectacular churches, monasteries, museums, fountains and the famous walls that surround the old city. The views of the old city and harbour are superb and not to be missed.
The second largest city in Croatia, home to Diocletian’s Palace – one of the most imposing Roman ruins and a UNESCO World Heritage site. Within the atmospheric old walls of the city experience the Dalmatian way of life with its thriving bars and restaurants.

Considered the most fashionable of the Dalmatian islands, Hvar is one of the most visited places in Croatia. The city of Hvar features a car-free Old Town, a 16th-century cathedral, a picturesque fishing harbor, and a hilltop fortress. Lying just off the Dalmatian coast in the Adriatic Sea, Korcula is an island hamlet with quiet fishing villages. Often labelled “Little Dubrovnik” with its medieval walls, the main town is laid out in a fishbone pattern to minimise gusts of winds through the alleyways.
On the southern coast of the island of Brac is Zlatni Rat, a beautiful beach jutting out into the crystal waters of the Adriatic Sea and one of Croatia’s best-known images.

The three main airports are Zagreb, Split and Dubrovnik with numerous airlines servicing one or more of these cities. Qatar and Emirates fly to Zagreb and Emirates flies to Dubrovnik. Other towns such as Zadar, Rijeka and Pula have limited seasonal service. Ferries operate around the Croatian islands and from Italy to Croatia.
